Default custom view K1000
Hello,
Is it possible to set a custom view as default for users who log in Kace? There are alot of tickets which are closed, and the users see them. I want to give the customer a actual view on the problems they send in and who is handeling the tickets. I know that admins can set a custom view.
Is such thing possible?
