K1000 View by Owner shows all tickets on 6.3
Since upgrading to 6.3 from 5.5, when we go to view tickets by another owner it shows all their tickets - even the closed ones. Is this normal or do I have a bug. It seems silly to have to create a custom view for each owner I want to review.
