Hi all, I wondered if anyone knows the way round to this problem. When I send a security message from K3000 mobile management to the iphone k3000 app, the notification doesn't pop up.

In order to view the message I need to manualy open the app, drag the message bar downwards and only then i can view the message. I've checked the settings and k3 app is definattely there in mobiles Notification Centre

If this feature doesn't work, then it's not much pount of having k3 security messaging service

Any help would be much appreciated
