KACE Reboots for Patching
Has anyone ever had an issue where a person rebooted their machine, but KACE failed to detect that they had rebooted, and thus kept promoting for the user to reboot? One person reports this happened to her.

In 1903 and 1809 , Yes I have seen it before.
This happens sometimes because fast start is enabled.

Thank you very much! Yes, disabling fast startup has definitely helped, as now it counts shutting down the computer and turning it back on as a reboot, whereas before I disabled fast startup, it would not count it, - jmorton 5 years ago
